Wash Park is within walking distance of the second oldest shopping district in Denver, S. Gaylord Street. So all the local boutiques, delicious fine dining, and exciting events are conveniently located a few blocks from your front door.

…its proximity to Washington Park, Denver’s equivalent of NYC’s Central Park.

The park is always a buzz with people walking, jogging, biking, and people playing with their dogs. 

And it has not one but TWO lakes, perfect for a tranquil picnic by the water’s edge where you can enjoy stunning mountain views. Or rent a paddle boat!

In the spring, you won’t want to miss out on the beautifully curated, vibrant flower gardens.

The north garden is the place to be during sunset because the shallow lake reflects the vibrant, colorful sky. It’s a symphony of colors and scents for a breathtaking unique experience. 

The south garden will delight history buffs because it’s a replica of George & Martha Washington’s Mount Vernon gardens.
