About Jessica Anderson

I grew up on job sites. My dad was a builder, so long before I had a license I was learning how a house sits on land, where the water comes from, and what happens when something's built wrong.

That's the lens I bring to mountain real estate.

I'm based in Golden and work between Denver and the mountain towns west of it: Idaho Springs, Black Hawk, Central City, Nederland, St. Mary's, and the communities across Gilpin and Clear Creek County.

Buying up here means knowing things a city agent never has to think about. Wells and septic. Winter access, and how a driveway handles a storm. Solar exposure, zoning, patented mining claims, and the particular considerations that come with historic acreage. I know those systems, and I know the people who work on them.

My clients tell me the same few things: I answer, I explain clearly, and I follow through. That's how I've built my own business and a loyal group of clients from Denver to the high country.
